We are not able to feel this impact immediately, because a kind of accumulative system is triggered. But over time, the protective forces are depleted;
- The optimal ratio of physical activity and rest. This item is of great importance in the issue of healing the body. Systematic sports support physical fitness, help to be in good shape, increase reactivity and resistance. At the same time, the body simply needs a sufficient amount of proper rest and sleep. During sleep, strength is restored, the brain uses periods of sleep in order to get rid of the toxins that have accumulated in it during the day.
